Glass Breakage / Window Seal Failure

Window Seal failure is when moisture finds its way between two panes of glass. This is very rare, as condensation usually remains on one side or the other. However, when this occurs, the failing seal can cause the glass to break. To prevent bodily injury, try to cover the area of broken glass with duct tape or another item that will protect against broken glass until your window has been repaired.

If your warranty covers glass breakage, then Window World will get you a new sash as soon as possible to minimize your downtime without a properly working window.
