Window World recognized by J.D. Power and Associates

NORTH WILKESBORO, N.C. — Window World, Inc.®, America's largest replacement window and home remodeling company, is "Tied for Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Windows and Doors," according to J.D. Power and Associates' 2013 study.

Window World Receives their 2013 Customer Satisfaction Award from J.D. Power and Associates

The study of more than 2,550 customers who purchased new windows during the previous 12 months revealed that Window World scored 801 (on a 1,000-point scale) in overall customer satisfaction, which is 16 points higher than the next highest brand and 27 points higher than the industry average. Window World is tied with Simonton.

The award was presented by J.D. Power and Associates at Window World's annual company conference in Orlando. "With overall satisfaction remaining stable, we're seeing more competition among the leaders who have an opportunity to differentiate themselves to drive consideration, conversion to purchase and then use their delighted customers as advocates for their brand to continue to capture more share," said J.D. Power and Associates. "Brands that promote value, quality products and an efficient process with outstanding customer service have the perfect combination to further differentiate themselves from their competitors."

"This award is a true demonstration of the outstanding customer service our team members deliver on a daily basis," said Tammy Whitworth, CEO and Chairman of Window World. "We're ecstatic to be part of the J.D. Power family."

The honor from J.D. Power and Associates is the latest among a slew of top rankings the company has received over the years. Window World's windows have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal six years in a row, and for the past four years they've been ranked #1 Replacement Contractor by Remodeling Magazine. For the past six years they were named #1 Window Company by Qualified Remodeler magazine.
